| In order to enhance the ability to supply process modules, especially huge module(mega module), the company set up a new factory as module shop in Jiangsu Yangtze River Heavy Equipment Industrial Park in 2019. The module shop is adjacent to the Zhangjiagang Heavy Equipment Wharf, which has module shop 1,353-meter water front, 10-meter deep berths,and 540,000㎡land.Themodule shopisequipped withtwo fixed cranes of the largest lifting capacity of 800 tons and the maximum operating capacity of up to 1500T, and two 36-meter-wide RO bridges with the roll-on/off capacities of super heavy equipment. |

| The corporate headquarter office building and workshop 1&2 are located in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, and is 30 minutes drive to the module shop. The module shop factory comprises 50,000㎡ workshop and 20,000 ㎡ construction site, which is used for manufacturing and assembling process furnaces, modular equipment, pressure vessels, pipeline and steel structures. |
